Launched newly designed and featured platform in .net and certified products. Redesigned the webpage, and established professional marketing; and renamed the company from my-con to altenda, established a new brand and legally changed its form from JSC to Ltd. to prepare for integration into a holding structure.

Project description: NCR Switzerland was downsized from 1800 employees to 900 employees due to a new strategic orientation after the spin-off from AT&T. Served as a board member deeply involved in this process and achieved the turnaround on target. Led the Sales & Marketing organization, including P&L. Led the restructuring committee that reconstituted the sales organization. Turned around the unprofitable NCR sales and marketing organization; implemented a new global product strategy and portfolio and achieved turnaround in 6 months with sales of $131 million, including major deals with banks and retailers.
